How it all works
Our Prices are quoted in $ US and we have a minimum order requirement of $ US 1.500 per order.

Upon receiing your order by email or fax we will issue a sales confirmation along with the estimated production time and approximate shipping costs. If you are in agreement with everything we will X request that you transfer a deposit of at least 50% of your order value. Upon completion of your order, and prior to shipment, we shall ask that you transfer the remaining balance that is due along with the shipping charges.

Payments
Payment for shipping should always be made in $ US. In some cases we may request that you transfer the shipping costs direct to the agent handling your shipment.
We can accept payment for your order in either Indonesian Rupiah or $ US.

PLEASE NOTE : WE DO NOT ACCEPT LETTERs OF CREDIT.

Price and terms are subject to change without notice. In the unlikely event that changes are made, you will be notified prior to the shipment of your order whereby you will be able to accept or refuse any such changes. In the event that you are not in agreement with, we will make a full refund of amount in question, less any changes levied by the bank to transfer the said money back to you. Our prices are inclusive of packing into carton box and documentation.

Other costs such a wooden crates ( If required ), handling, trucking, main air or sea freight shall be charges to you at cost. That is, you pay what we pay. We do not put a mark up on this. Additional costs such as insurance, customs clearance in your country and local delivery changes shall be your responsibility and can usually be arranged through your local shipping agent or customs broker.

How long will it all take?
Production time can be anything from 3 to 8 weeks. Depending on the size and complexity of your order. We will be able to give you a more accurate estimate of the time needed as soon as we receive your order. Shipping time can be anything from 4 to 8 weeks to most destinations by sea freight or 3 days to 1 week for air freight.
